MULTI-GYM MACHINE

 

MULTI-PURPOSE

 

We have two different types of racks for squats, the standards free weight squat rack and smith machine. Both of these racks can be used for other exercises such as, flat/incline/decline chest presses, seated shoulder presses, shoulder shrugs and calf raises.

Both racks use free weights.

 

CABLE CROSSOVER MACHINE

 

Our newest piece of equipment to arrive, this machine offers a variety of uses, such as: Cable Chest Crossovers, Tricep Pushdowns and Bicep Curls.  Machine has attached weighted plates.

SEATED PREACHER BICEP CURL MACHINE

 

These two machines are ideal for building biceps.  Both machines are adjustable and use the easy curl bar, straight bar, or dumbells.

 

STANDARD PULL-UP/TRICEP DIP MACHINE

 

This machine allows you to perform standard pull-ups and tricep dips.  The machine has no weights or attached plates.  Individuals use their own body weight to perform theses exercises.

 

LYING CLOSE GRIP TRICEP MACHINE

 

FREE WEIGHT BENCHES

 

 

HAND-HELD DUMBBELLS

 

We offer cast iron dumbbells with weights ranging from:  5 pounds to 120 pounds.

 

STANDING BARBELL CURLING BARS

 

We offer standing barbell curling bars.  Weights range from: 30 – 80 pounds.  Weight plates are attached to these bars.
